So...you've been exercising diligently (or at least trying really hard). You've been getting stronger. You've been feeling better. Or...maybe you're falling in a bit of a slump. It's hard to get out of that warm bed to hit the workout. You need a "workout buddy". Now you can share all of your successes, discouragements, and comment with others who are doing the same.
